Sandao canyon

The Sandao Canyon canyon is famous for the lump rock canyon that is rare in Hainan province. The subject of this canyon is Chinese traditional stone scriptures in this canyon, trying to build up the biggest landscape of canyon scriptures in the world. The steep cliffs stand on two banks with green plants and darker forests. Overlapping waterfalls flow down rapidly over the upright hills. What a typical canyon landscape in rain forest!

Actually Sandao Canyon is formed along a river with length about 3 kilometers, depth more than 30 meters and width 30-40 meters. The mountain canyons among the two banks are 270-380 meters above sea level. There are waterfalls, strange rocks, high trees, deep lake, spring and other landscapes here. All of these are respectively independent from each other. The unique geological structures and resources of medicinal herbs are abundant here. This canyon also boasts strange rocks in various shapes, some of which like the lunar surface, some smooth as if cut artificially, while some as colorful as sketchpad. Water in the river is pure enough to see the bottom and various flowers compete for their beauty.
