The Luhuitou Scenic Area is located in the Luhuitou Peninsula at the southwest end of Sanya City, with a total of five peaks of different sizes and a highest elevation of 181 meters. The park is surrounded by the sea on three sides and adjacent to the city center of Sanya on one side. It is a great place to climb high and gaze at the sea, watch the sunrise and sunset, and overlook the panoramic view of Sanya. In 1994, Luhuitou Scenic Area was rated as a scenic spot. In 2017, Luhuitou Scenic Area was awarded the title of National 4A Tourist Attraction.
